Benefit from over 50 years of experience in blast technology – we deliver quickly and reliably throughout Germany and Europe.

Glass Beads round

Glass Beads round

Product Information Blast Media

1 – 50 µm to 400 – 800 µm

Description: Clear and highly round glass microspheres for use as blasting media in surface treatments
Advantages: Microbeads small, spherically shaped glass beads are the ideal medium for both smooth and efficient surface treatments. glass beads are characterized by a high degree of roundness, purity and clarity. Their shape results in material-friendly impacts leaving the work piece surface intact. The glass material is a clean and neutral medium that does not intermingle with the treated material glass beads do not cause silicosis. They are available in a wide range of grain sizes, which guarantees tailor-made sieving's for the desired surface treatment applications.
Use: Accelerated by means of air and/or liquid, the glass beads are projected onto the surface of a work piece in order to clean, embellish, matten or compact it. A detailed list of the numerous uses is available on request. Blasting with glass microspheres is an economic and environmentally friendly alternative to manual or chemical surface treatments. glass beads offer optimum flexibility; both for the materials to be treated and the effects to be achieved. The beads are appropriate for use with dry or wet blasting equipment.

Glass Granulate angular

Glass Granulate angular

Product Information Blast Media

40 – 80 µm to 400 – 1400 µm

Description: Non-metallic, mineral blasting medium made of glass.
Applications: Used for smooth derusting, descaling, and cleaning of metal materials and for woodworking with finest degree of roughening. Best surface preparation creating optimal adhesion for subsequent coating or glueing processes. Particularly suitable where media loss is unavoidable.
Use: Injector and pressure blasting

Ceramic Beads Zirblast / Zirshot

Ceramic Beads Zirblast / Zirshot

Product Information Blast Media

0 – 63 µm to 850 – 1180 µm

Description: Cleaning, surface finishing, wet blasting, shot peening
Applications: Careful cleaning of sensitive surfaces (moulds, tools, motor parts, turbine vanes), shot peening of metal surfaces, surface finishing.
Use: Centrifugal wheel and compressed air systems.

Brown Aluminium Oxide

Brown Aluminium Oxide

Product Information Blast Media

FEPA F10 to F220

Description: Non-metallic, high-quality synthetic fine blasting medium made of pure aluminum oxide.
Applications: Descaling and detindering of iron and steel constructions, to roughening of metal surfaces for subsequent application of coatings; cleaning, deburring and matting of materials.
Use: Pressure blasting

Reclaimed Aluminium Oxide

Reclaimed Aluminium Oxide

Product Information Blast Media

FEPA F16 to F220

This non-metallic, almost iron-free, high-quality blasting medium is a mixture of normal and white fused alumina dusts as well as ceramic grinding disks, which has undergone extensive processing.
Ideally suited for descaling, deburring, cleaning and roughening, e.g. of investment castings, or for satin finishing as a finishing process for stainless steel and glass surfaces.

White Fused Alumina macro

White Fused Alumina macro

Product Information Blasting Media

FEPA F10 to F220

Description: Non-metallic, mineral blasting medium made of pure aluminum oxide.
Applications: Used for smooth cleaning, deburring and deadening of high quality metal and austenitic materials in the fields of aerospace, dental, galvano, motor, reactor and laboratory technologies. For work pieces of extreme hardness.
Use: Pressure blasting

White Fused Alumina Micro

White Fused Alumina Micro

Product Information Blasting Media

FEPA F230 to F1200

Iron-free, angular and white reusable blasting media made of high-purity aluminium oxide. Ideal for lapping, honing, blasting, deburring, cleaning and matting high-quality materials.
Due to its properties such as highest degree of purity, extreme hardness and grain shape, white fused alumina micro also fully meets the requirements of industries with the highest demands, such as medical technology, optics or cosmetics.

Pink Fused Alumina

Pink Fused Alumina

Product Information Blasting Media

On request

This non-metallic, high-quality synthetic fine blasting medium made of pure aluminum oxide is suitable for the deburring, cleaning, grinding and matting of high-quality materials, including hardened materials.
Due to the addition of chromium oxide, the material has a very long service life and is tougher than white fused alumina. Even after repeated use/circulation, the reusable material remains sharp-edged, achieving a high removal effect with short blasting times

Matting Granulate

Matting Granulate

Product Information Blasting Media

FEPA F10 to F220

Non-metallic high-quality matting granulate made of pure aluminium oxide. Especially suitable for matting aluminium rims as paint preparation, but also for blasting high-quality materials made of stainless steel, brass, aluminium etc. In the fine grain gradations between F 100 – F 220 this granulate is particularly suitable for the gentle vortex blasting technique. With this process the finest surfaces are achieved, e.g. for processing and matting aluminium rims, decorative blasting of high-quality workpieces, parts and decorative objects.
