Description: Walnut shell grits is a fibrous product made from crushed walnut shell.
Advantages: Walnut shell grits are the ideal medium for use efficient surface treatments. It is a soft type abrasive but moreover it has excellent durability without scratching, mating or damaging the work piece. They are available in a wide range of grain sizes, which guarantees tailor-made sieving is for the desired surface treatment applications.
Use: Accelerated by means of air and/or liquid, Walnut shell grits are projected onto the surface of a work piece in order to clean and polish materials, for removal soil and elastic coatings and deburring critical and fragile work pieces. Besides, it has also found a great use in the vibratory finishing industry.

Description: Synthetic fine blasting medium made of duroplastic.
Applications: Deburring of aluminum and zink diecast parts and electronic components. Decoating without tolerance change or surface compaction of powder-coated parts, sports boats, automobile and aircrafts parts of aluminum or magnesium. Cleaning of steel and chrome-plated molds in the rubber and plastic industries; injection-molded or extruder screws; in the restoration of monuments.
Use: Pressure blasting and wheel blast.

This special blasting media differs fundamentally from conventional "sandblasting media"; it is almost completely water-soluble and, when used correctly, environmentally friendly as well as inexpensive to dispose of.
The cleaning effect is achieved primarily by an abrasive action with extremely minor changes to the surface and is therefore ideally suited for mould cleaning, anilox rollers, industrial maintenance, façade and monument conservation, graffiti removal, classic car restoration, derusting and much more.
